As autumn temperatures dropped, the Holy Spirit began tapping on the doors of our hearts: children were shivering and cupboards were bare. First at a trickle and then in a flood, gifts began gathering on Trinity’s Mission Pews. By Sunday, November 14, various girls’ clothing items, 28 children’s coats, and 20 heavy boxes—each containing more than enough food to feed a family of four for at least four days—had been collected. All items were delivered on Monday, November 15, along with coffee and sweet treats for the delighted faculty and staff. Thank you, Trinity Family, for caring and funding, for shopping and packing, for blessing and delivering. Through God’s grace, your generosity has wordlessly preached our Savior’s Golden Rule.
